Girls Volleyball Earns Second BCIAA Championship in Three Years

Exeter Township Senior High School girls volleyball players pose on the court wearing medals and holding their championship trophy and a BCIAA County Champion banner after defeating Wilson to win their second county title in three seasons.

Led by senior captains Taylor Mack, Jillian Warner and Lily Acker, Exeter defeated Wilson 3-1 yesterday to capture its second county championship in three seasons! The Eagles have put together an impressive season that has earned them the No. 4 ranking in the state by the Pennsylvania Volleyball Coaches Association, as well as the top seed in the upcoming District III Class 5A playoffs.

But according to head coach Jason Grove, the team's success extends well beyond its senior leadership. "Our success is due to the contributions of our entire roster," he said. "There are still a lot of good things in store for the team this season."

With a first-round bye secured, the Eagles will begin their district playoff run in the quarterfinals next Saturday at 11AM at Exeter. Come out and cheer them on as they look to keep their championship season rolling! Congratulations, Exeter!
